Little Rock design and development agency Few announced that Zack Hill, VP and Director of Digital Services at CJRW, is its new Chief Executive Officer. Hill’s background spans a decade of leadership at Little Rock agencies CJRW and Flex360 as well as an active involvement in the startup scene in both Central and Northwest Arkansas.

An Arkansas native and graduate of Arkansas State University, Zack managed all aspects of interactive projects and led the direction of digital service offerings with CJRW, the largest Arkansas-based advertising and marketing firm. Hill came to CJRW from Flex360 where he managed interactive projects and new business relations for over five years.

Prior to appointing Zack to the role of CEO, David Hudson has carried the dual roles of Chief Technology Officer and CEO of Few since co-founding the agency in 2014 with Chief Creative Officer Arlton Lowry. Few has grown in staff and revenue and has attracted a client list including GE, 7-Eleven, Budweiser, Procter & Gamble, Armor, Heifer International, UAMS, and the Museum of Discovery.

“Zack brings a strong track record with clients such as Riceland Foods, Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism, and Arkansas Farm Bureau. This strength in client relations combined with his knowledge of the tech industry and design world give us confidence that Zack is the right person to work with us to lead Few through this next period of growth,” said Hudson.

Lowry said the new CEO appointment will create more space for himself and Hudson to spend time doing project work for clients.

“Bringing Zack on board will allow us to give our full attention to what we do best, namely leading design and development initiatives. It also allows Zack to do what he does best, steering the strategic direction of Few and new internal products.”
