Arkansas Children’s earns 4 nationwide rankings for healthcare specialties
Four healthcare specialties of Little Rock-based Arkansas Children’s have received rankings from the U.S. News & World Report. The rankings were listed in the 2017-18 Best Children’s Hospitals, published online Tuesday (June 27).
The following were the specialties along with their rank:
- Pediatric cardiology, No. 37
- Neonatology, No. 38
- Pediatric pulmonology, No. 47
- Pediatric urology, No. 48

The 11th annual rankings included the top 50 pediatric hospitals across the nation focusing on 10 pediatric specialties: cancer; cardiology and heart surgery; diabetes and endocrinology; gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery; neonatology; nephrology; neurology and neurosurgery; orthopedics; pulmonology; and urology.
