Friday, Eldredge & Clark names three new partners
Little Rock-based law firm Friday, Eldredge & Clark announced Tuesday (Jan. 3) that Marshall S. Ney, E. Conner McNair and W. Taylor Marshall have been named partners of the firm.
“Marshall, Conner and Taylor have proven to be invaluable assets to the firm,” J. Shepherd Russell, III, managing partner of the firm, said in a statement. “Their respective expertise, work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile has resulted in successful individual practices while also strengthening the firm’s provision of exceptional legal services to its clients overall. In addition to its Little Rock headquarters, the Friday firm has offices in Rogers and Fayetteville in Northwest Arkansas. Ney and McNair work at the firm’s Rogers office. Marshall works at the Little Rock office.
Ney joined the firm in 2014 with more than 25 years of experience in litigation. He serves as counsel to businesses, insurance companies, school districts and individuals in most types of complex and commercial disputes, employment claims and insurance coverage issues.
McNair joined the firm in 2010 and practices in the mergers and acquisitions group, guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, real estate transactions and the implementation and operation of employee benefit packages while also providing tax advice to corporations and partnerships.
Marshall has been with the firm since 2013, practicing in the public finance group. During the past few years, he has represented clients, primarily cities, counties and other governmental entities, on bond matters totaling more than $1 billion in principal amount.
