Four promotions announced by Arvest-Fort Smith
Jeannette Pham, Sina Oden, Kaytlann Schlinker and Keith Slater have been promoted by Arvest in its Fort Smith market.
Pham has been named sales coordinator for the Fort Smith Region. She is an assistant vice president and previously served as a branch sales manager in Van Buren at the Rena Road location. Jeannette has more than 15 years of banking experience. She is a graduate of the Van Buren Police Department Citizen’s Police Academy, Leadership Crawford County, Leadership Arvest, and is a Van Buren Chamber Ambassador and a Teach Kids to Save Advocate in Crawford County.
Oden has been promoted to branch administrator for the Fort Smith Region. She will be responsible for overseeing the local bank branch managers. Oden has been with Arvest Bank for 15 years. In 2015 she received the award for Arvest Branch Manager of the Year. Her community involvement includes serving on the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Crawford, Franklin, and Sebastian County and she is a board member for United Way Power of the Purse.
Schlinker has been named assistant branch sales manager for the Parklane branch of Arvest Bank. She previously served as a senior financial sales representative at the Cloverleaf branch in Van Buren. Schlinker has more than five years of banking experience and is working on a business banking degree through Arkansas Tech University.
Slater has been promoted to branch sales manager for the 74th Street Branch in Fort Smith. Slater has been with Arvest Bank since November 2012 and has been in a supervisor role from the beginning of his time with the bank. He is involved in various community outreaches in Sallisaw including grilling for the Sallisaw schools and hospital as well as Diamond Daze in Sallisaw.
