Waco Title Opens Second Fayetteville Branch

Waco Title Co. has opened a second office in Fayetteville, at 3049 Martin Luther King Blvd., Suite 11.

The new branch opened Aug. 8, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for Aug. 16 at 9:30 a.m.

“We are proud of our new Waco location on Martin Luther King Boulevard,” Patrick Curry, company president and CEO, said in a Waco press release. “Our customers can expect the same great customer service from our experienced closing team. The new office will now offer a more convenient location for our customers in the South Fayetteville, Farmington and Prairie Grove communities.”

Closing manager Emma Bridwell will lead the new office.

Waco’s other Fayetteville branch is located on East Joyce Boulevard. Other Northwest Arkansas locations are in Bella Vista, Bentonville, Huntsville, Lowell, Rogers and Springdale.

The company has been in business since 1885 and employs more than 160 people, including three in-house attorneys, according to the press release.
