Little Rock DoubleTree to undergo major renovation
The DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Little Rock has begun an extensive multi-million dollar revitalization. The renovations will include a new lobby, lounge, restaurant, and upgraded guest rooms.
The 288-room hotel is professionally managed by Waterford Hotel Group, a national hotel and convention center management firm.
The hotel will also redesign its business center and reconfigure a concierge lounge with new wall finishes, carpet, seating, and breakfast bar.
Officials also said they will renovate the bar area and restaurant, and upgrades will be made to the guest rooms on the property. All current double full rooms will be converted into double queen rooms and all current single queen rooms will be converted into king rooms. New desks, dressers, nightstands, and full length mirrors will also be added.
“These renovations will enhance the guest experience for both the business and leisure traveler visiting the heart of historic Little Rock,” said Tina Fleming, general manager.
“We are excited to reveal the plans and renderings for this project, and introducing the new and improved DoubleTree Little Rock to the community this fall,” she added.
