SPIs Rogers Office Adds Customer Experience Team
Atlanta-based Software Paradigms International Group LLC (SPI) has bolstered its presence in Northwest Arkansas by hiring seven retail industry veterans for its new customer experience team.
SPI, an IT services and solutions provider for retailers and suppliers, entered the market in September 2013 when it bought Shiloh Technologies of Rogers, previously owned by Britt Fogg.
With the new hires, the company’s Rogers office now has 39 employees.
The new hires will join two existing SPI employees to form the CE team. Heading up the unit is Tiffany Spanke, who has more than 20 years of leadership experience working for several large IT companies. She spent the previous six years working in the Bentonville office of CompuCom Systems Inc., a Dallas firm that helps run large companies’ technology systems.
Lindy Crum and Martha Papania are both senior consultants on the new team. They both joined SPI from long stints working for Procter & Gamble — Crum most recently as a retail planning leader in replenishment, Papania as the operations manager for P&G’s Wal-Mart Stores Inc. team.
Others on the CE team are Janet Fisher, Kristal Penner, Gerald Lei, Dallas Simpson, Megan Harris and Brad Bock.
