Commercial real estate firm Moses Tucker Real Estate of Little Rock announced March 15 the opening of a second office, a 1,700-SF space in the Nelson’s Crossing development near the intersection of Joyce Boulevard and College Avenue in Fayetteville.

“We are representing national clients — such as Pie Five Pizza, Wendy’s, Subway and Burger King — who are looking to expand in this part of the state,” Rett Tucker, the company’s co-chairman, said in a news release. “Having an office in this market will enable us to better serve these clients, as there is no substitute for being there in person.”

Tucker, Jimmy Moses, his son Chris Moses, and Lori Adcock-McGehee are principals of the company.

Christine Pennington (director of real estate services) and Hunter Thomason (sales and leasing coordinator) lead the Fayetteville office.

Zack Kifer is also part of the Fayetteville brokerage team as a sales associate and leasing consultant.

Moses Tucker was founded in 1984 and now manages more than 4.5 million SF in both central and Northwest Arkansas.

Chris Moses, the firm’s president and CEO, said the company hopes to grow its Northwest Arkansas portfolio “substantially” over the next two years.

“We are growing both our brokerage and property management divisions across the state and believe we have a wonderful team in place to deliver the kind of results our clients deserve,” he said.
