Marcus Lamberth, Batesville, to the Arkansas Racing Commission. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2021. Reappointment.

Jerry Riley, Pine Bluff, to the Parole Board. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2023. Replaces Richard Brown.

Sylvester Smith, North Little Rock, to the Arkansas State Claims Commission. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2021. Replaces Richard Mays.
