Jury Trial Set For Elizabeth Millard on Theft Charges
A Benton County judge has ordered a jury trial for a woman charged in October with two felony counts of embezzlement from a Fayetteville doctor’s office.
Circuit Court Judge John Scott on Tuesday ordered a two-day jury trial beginning Oct. 3, 2016, for Elizabeth Millard of Bentonville, who is accused of stealing more than $105,000 from her former boss, Fayetteville physician Josh Roller, owner of Roller Weight Loss and Advanced Surgery at 1280 E. Stearns St.
Roller sued Millard on Aug. 10 and Bentonville police arrested her on Oct. 14. She has been charged with one felony count of theft of property and one felony count of fraudulent use of a credit card.
Millard has retained Bentonville attorney Randy Wakefield of the Wilkinson Law Firm.
Roller is represented by Rogers attorney Marshall Ney of Friday, Eldredge & Clark.
