Arvest Bank-Fort Smith announces several new hires, promotion
Arvest Bank in the Fort Smith-River Valley area has announced several new hires and a promotion.
Kaylee Rainwater is a newly hired commercial lender in Fort Smith. She will oversee commercial lending activity and manage business client relations. Her office will be at the Tower Branch location, 5000 Rogers Ave., in Fort Smith.
Rainwater comes to Arvest with 5 years experience in banking in commercial lending. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas and a master’s degree in administration from Webster University. Rainwater is a graduate of National Commercial Lending School at Southern Methodist University.
She serves on the Fort Smith Museum of History board, Fort Smith Partners in Education Committee and is in Leadership Fort Smith.
Larry Randall has been hired as vice president-commercial lender in Fort Smith. Randall joined Arvest in 2010 as senior vice president of equipment finance specialist with Arvest Equipment Finance. As a commercial lender he will oversee commercial lending and manage business client relations in the Fort Smith community, and his office will be at the 74th street branch location.
Randall has been in commercial lending for over 18 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economic from the University of Arkansas and is a graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking and Commercial Lending School of University of Oklahoma. Randall is 1 out of 270 people in the United States that holds a Certified Lease and Finance Professional Designation.
David Berger has been hired as dual lender for the Greenwood market. Berger will oversee consumer and mortgage lending and his office will be at the Greenwood branch location, 224 S. Coker St.
Berger has been in the banking industry for over 19 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma Christian University. He is involved at the Fort Smith Boys and Girls Club as a volunteer coach.
Trace Andres, has been promoted to commercial lending manager for the Fort Smith and River Valley Region. Andres has been with Arvest since 2000 and has held several different roles within Arvest. He was a commercial lender for the past nine years. Andres earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Arkansas, and is a graduate of ABA Commercial Lending School.
He serves as treasurer for the Fort Smith Southside Rotary Club and is attending Leadership Fort Smith.
