Real Estate Company in Jonesboro Opening Second Office in Springdale

Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate & Development is expanding to Northwest Arkansas with a 2,700-SF office in the multi-tenant Clear Creek Tower at 4100 Corporate Center Drive in Springdale.
The company was founded in 2010 by Greg Haag and Josh Brown and maintains its headquarters in Jonesboro. This will be the firm’s second office.
Darryl Napolitano will be the managing director of the Northwest Arkansas office. He most recently worked for Boos Development Group Inc., a Florida company with an office in Bentonville.
“We have known for two years that we needed a presence in Northwest Arkansas, we just didn’t have the right person to lead that effort,” Brown said in a statement. “That’s why we are blessed to welcome Darryl to our team.”
Haag noted that several of the firm’s clients are based in Northwest Arkansas, notably Furniture Factory Outlet and Arkansas Dentistry and Braces.
“We felt it was time for us to make a permanent commitment to the area, as well,” he said.
Haag Brown has developed several projects in the two-county area, including a Starbucks/Arkansas Braces development on Wedington Drive in Fayetteville.
For several months, the firm has been promoting a new retail development for the property of the former Joe’s Italian Grill in Springdale (4224 W. Sunset Ave.), which has been closed since January when a fire broke out inside the building.
