Exciting news for craft beer fans: The principals behind popular Fayetteville restaurant Apple Blossom Brewing Co. are planning a new project in south Fayetteville.
A holding company organized by the restaurant’s owners — modestly named World Domination LLC — has closed on a $75,000 purchase of 0.2 acres just north of Greenhouse Grille on West Prairie Street.
Sammie Stephenson, an Apple Blossom co-owner, tells us that plans for the property include a three-story, mixed-use development, primarily with a residential use on the top two floors.
The bottom floor of the approximately 9,000-SF building will feature an Apple Blossom-style tasting-slash-tap room.
Construction is still about three months away, and Stephens is hopeful the project will be complete in one year.
