Superior Plant in Rogers Listed For $6.3 Million

Philadelphia-based real estate services firm Binswanger has listed the 268,514-SF manufacturing that plant and warehouse that previously housed Superior Industries International Inc.
A Binswanger spokeswoman said the list price is $6.3 million.
Superior Industries, which is headquartered in Van Nuys, California, closed the facility at 1301 N. Dixieland Road last year, eliminating 500 domestic jobs.
Binswanger is marketing the property to several manufacturers.
The property, built in 1989, contains 229,350 SF of manufacturing/warehouse space, 15,420 SF of maintenance work space, an 11,644 SF tool shop and 12,100 SF of modern, air-conditioned office space featuring private offices and conference rooms.
