The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce has named Russell Hall as its new Business Development Director. Hall will create new membership development programs to build the chamber’s offerings to its supporters.

Hall is originally from Marvell, and was raised on a farm in East Arkansas. After graduation from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2004, with a degree in Political Science and Urban Studies, he was hired by the Little Rock City Manager as Assistant to the board of directors.

For the past eight years, he was employed by Senator Mark Pryor in his Arkansas office. He now lives in Hot Springs with his wife, Lee Kathryn, and two children, Jack Henry and Tisha.

“We are very excited that Russell has joined the Chamber team. I am confident in his ability to help the chamber grow and maintain its membership base so that we can all work together to enhance the business climate of Hot Springs,” said Chamber Vice President Betsy Atkins.

The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce has about 1,000 area businesses as members.
