Marshals Museum Names Curator
It looks like the U.S. Marshals Museum in Fort Smith has a curator. David Kennedy, who has over a decade of experience in Western-themed museums, was recently appointed to the post and is expected to start Nov. 2.
Kennedy has been curator of collections at the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center in Enid, Oklahoma, since 2009. Before that, he was curator at the Cody Firearms Museum in Cody, Wyoming, for nearly six years. Impressive, indeed.
Welcome to Fort Smith, Mr. Kennedy.
