The Steel Horse Rally
The 2nd Annual Steel Horse Rally will roar into Fort Smith, Arkansas April 29 & 30 2016. This open rally features great live music from national and regional acts! The Steel Horse Rally Inc is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping raise funds for local charities. The rally will salute military, veterans, law enforcement and first responders. The Steel Horse Rally Inc. will make donations to local and regional charities that have applied for assistance. This year will be extra special with the dedication of the monument to General William Darby, the Father of the Modern Day Army Rangers, in downtown Fort Smith, during the rally. The statue will feature a statue of Gen. Darby on his motorcycle and will be unveiled during the rally.
The Steel Horse Rally will be centered in downtown Fort Smith. The Steel Horse Rally Thunder Through the Valley Motorcycle Parade will be an all-motorcycle parade through Fort Smith ending on Garrison Ave. There will be various poker runs and organized rides all designed to showcase the local area's beauty as well as the incredible motorcycle roads. The Steel Horse Rally will feature live music entertainment on the banks of the Arkansas River on Friday and Saturday evenings and the 2nd Annual Miss Steel Horse Rally Bikini Contest and the Steel Horse Rally Bike Show. Advanced ticket info and day-of-show info coming soon. The rally will feature some nationally recognized exhibition shows, to be announced soon. There will be a Biker Village featuring vendors. There will be several activities and contests geared to bikers and some activities for children and families.
