The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal has recently hired two new ad executives to join its sales staff.

Lauren Reynolds and Gracie Lundstrum have both joined the company as brand strategists.

“We are very blessed to have Lauren and Gracie join our team,” said Rob Gutterridge, CEO and publisher of Gray Matters LLC, the Business Journal’s parent company. “They both bring unique experiences to our sales team and a fresh positive energy. They are an important part of our future success and have been showing their willingness to learn with eager attitudes.

“Both Lauren and Gracie are a great fit for our culture at the Business Journal.”

Reynolds joined the Business Journal on April 13. A Little Rock native, she graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in human development and life sciences. She previously worked as a fundraiser for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation in Little Rock.

Lundstrum, a Springdale native, joined the Business Journal on May 18. She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in May with a bachelor’s degrees in mass communication and speech communications.

She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in strategic communications from Regent University.
