Full-Service Law Firm Occupies Old Lindsey Office in Fayetteville
Three local law firms have merged to form Gunn, Mason, Kieklak & Dennis, a boutique outfit with the expertise and ability to take a client, litigate their case, and when necessary, help that client manage his wealth and assets once the litigation is over.
The firm’s focus is on domestic, civil, criminal defense, and estate planning, and in cases where a client comes into a large sum of cash due to a settlement, or has to manage assets after a divorce, the case can be handled in-house as opposed to being outsourced to another firm.
“You name it, we can do it in this office,” said former circuit judge Chadd Mason, a principal in the firm. “We’ll take you from start to finish. That was the purpose of the merger.”
Other principals are former circuit judge Marry Ann Gunn, divorce lawyer Lisa Dennis, and personal injury lawyer Ken Kieklak. Also affiliated with the new firm are Cabana Financial, Cabana Asset Management, and Cabana Insurance Agency, entities created and controlled by Mason.
The firm moved into the old Lindsey & Associates building at 3900 N. Front St. in Fayetteville. According to Washington County real estate records, the building was purchased in September 2014 for $1.5 million by Whitwheel Properties LLC.
The renovation of the building’s center wing, almost complete, is expected to cost around $800,000, according to Benjamin Merryman, who is associated with both Whitwheel Properties and Whitaker Properties LLLP.
