Rausch Coleman Sales Hit $153 Million in 2014
Rausch Coleman Homes of Fayetteville was listed at No. 43 on Builder magazine’s ranking of the 100 largest homebuilders for 2014. The list is based on number of homes closed.
Rausch Coleman was recognized with 1,000 closings in 2014, a slight increase from 985 homes closed in 2013. The company also reported gross revenue of $153 million, up from $150 million reported in 2013.
Rausch Coleman, led by president and CEO John R. Rausch, builds single-family homes in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri.
United-Bilt Homes was also included on the list at No. 87, with 457 homes closed in 2014 and gross revenue of $84 million.
UBH was founded in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1958 and is owned by United Holding Co. of Springdale, led by chairman Don Pitts. UBH builds economical, custom homes for a niche of first-time home builders in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana and Texas.
D.R. Horton, a publicly traded company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, was ranked No. 1 on the list with 30,455 homes closed in 2014 and revenue of $8.6 billion.
