Rogers-based shopper marketing agency Collective Bias is putting its money where its mouth is.

The company announced May 4 that it will begin offering a guarantee on exactly how a social influencer marketing campaign will work before a potential client invests any money.

“With our advanced analytics and extensive experience in the shopper social media space, we can now accurately predict how client campaigns will perform before they spend a dime,” CEO Bill Sussman said. “This takes the guesswork out of social media marketing for our customers. Collective Bias commits to drive engagement with a brand’s content that is both measurable and impactful.”

The company’s new offering includes the following capabilities:

Pre-determined ROI — Allows clients to accurately see how much engagement a campaign will generate so they can better determine ROI before marketing dollars are spent.

Amplification Rate — New metric that provides insights on how engaging content is and the likelihood it will be shared and viewed by third party audiences.

Social Conversation Reporting — Shows marketers the impact of content through social conversations, not just page views. New social reporting features include:

Brand and Retailer Mentions Over Time — Shows clients how often their brand is mentioned across social, and which retailer is mentioned alongside the brand, resulting in more focused campaigns.

Sentiment Analysis — Monitors how campaigns are impacting brand sentiment over time.

Social Theme Tracking — Shows how consumers are engaging socially when it comes to purchase intent, promotion, price, availability and more.

Sussman said the new offering is available now to early-access clients and will be available on a general basis later this summer.
