Betsy Reithemeyer Joins 8th & Walton

As previously reported several weeks ago in Whispers (April 27), Betsy Reithemeyer has accepted a position of senior vice president with Bentonville-based 8th and Walton. 

8th and Walton is a supplier development company that assists hundreds of organizations in their efforts to do business more efficiently and effectively with Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

The company is led by Jeff Clapper, chief executive officer, and Darrell Rosen, president and chief operating officer.

Reithemeyer, who worked with Walmart for more than 20 years, most recently spent four years at Saatchi & Saatchi X in Springdale. She is very involved in the northwest Arkansas community, serving on multiple nonprofit boards, and currently serving a fourth term on the Rogers City Council. 

She is also a member of the inaugural class of the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s Women in Business recognition program, to be featured in the June 22 edition.
