Springdale-based logistics company On Time Logistics announced a major expansion and partnership Monday that will mean enhanced warehousing and fulfillment capabilities for current and potential customers of both companies involved.

OTL is moving from its approximately 25,000-SF warehousing space on Emma Avenue to a 48,000-SF building (40,000 SF of warehousing and 8,000 SF of office and administrative space) at 1710 Powell Street in Springdale. The move should be complete by the end of March.

The added capacity will allow OTL to handle its new partnership with Banded, a hunting and outdoor gear company. OTL will manage all of the warehousing and order fulfillment for Banded included all the inbound and outbound orders for individuals and the brand’s retail providers.

“We see this move as a great opportunity to grow the fulfillment side of our business in Northwest Arkansas,” said OTL owner and founder Steve Jones. “Partnering with Banded Brands is a great step towards making this a reality.”

According to the Banded Nation website, Banded Brands, Banded Nation and Maxx Outdoors recently developed agreements with Fayetteville-based Banded Holdings Inc. to bring together all entities under one operating company. The company will have an office at the Powell Street location as well.

OTL offers services including warehousing and fulfillment, courier services, medical courier services, white glove service, last mile courier service and other on-demand courier and delivery services. It has offices in Little Rock and Tulsa  and its primary service areas are Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas.
