Rogers Gastropub, Microbrewery Sets Opening for Feb.12
Owners of a new gastropub and craft microbrewery said Tuesday they will open their new restaurant Feb. 12.
Foster’s Pint & Plate, at the intersection of New Hope and Bellview roads near the Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers, will be open daily from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m., according to Chris & Katie Moore.
They have also opened a new liquor store, Spiriteaux Wines & Liqours, located in the same building.
Foster’s Pint & Plate, which will open with an initial staff of 70 employees, has seating for 160 patrons and an outdoor patio space that boasts a 20-foot fire pit. The menu will feature appetizers, wood-fired sourdough pizzas, burgers and fresh cut salads.
“We have paired a gastropub experience with a fine dining flair,” general manager Ken Teramura said in a news release. “Our emphasis is on the entire guest experience. Our guests will receive the highest level of service.”
The microbrewery inside Foster’s Pint & Plate plans to introduce one-time offerings, seasonal and specialty brews and its own non-alcoholic root beer. Growlers and other souvenir merchandise will be available.
Mark Owings with Crafton Tull of Rogers was the architect of record for the building and Kent Doughty, a senior project manager with Nabholz Construction Services, managed the construction.
