Proposed Osteopathic Medical School Hires Administrators
Plans for the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education and one of its colleges, the proposed Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Smith, are continuing to move forward, with the latest news being the addition of four new administrative staff members.
Dr. Natasha Bray has been hired as associate dean of clinical sciences, Dr. Ross Longley as associate dean of biomedical services, Dr. Lydia McDonald as associate dean of student affairs and Dr. Keith Fudge as director of marketing, according to a press release from ACHE.
Bray will join ACHE from Broward Health Accountable Care Organization of the North Broward Hospital District in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she served as vice president and designated institutional official, director of graduate medical education and chief medical officer.
Longley previously served as director of problem-based learning and coordinator of research programs at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida.
McDonald will join ACHE from the University of Arkansas School for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where she served as assistant dean of student affairs in the College of Public Health.
Fudge previously served as head of the English department at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.
ACHE will continue to hire faculty and support staff during the coming months, culminating a planned fall 2016 for the proposed school, CEO Kyle Parker said in the press release.
