FORT SMITH FIREFIGHTERS FOUNDATION PRESENTS "BURNS NIGHT"

The Fort Smith Firefighters Foundation presents "Burns Night". The Fort Smith Firefighters Foundation is a non-profit 501 3 (c) organization dedicated to honoring fallen firefighters in the NW Arkansas Rivervalley. The Burns Night Supper is a fund raiser for the Fort Smith Firefighters Pipe and Drum Corps. The evening will begin with live Celtic music performed by "Cold Water Dog" followed by pipes and drums from the Fort Smith Firefighters Pipe and Drum Corps. The evening will be capped off with a live performance from "Scotland Rising". The Bricktown Brewery in Fort Smith will be providing a buffet style Scottish meal featuring haggis (American made), tatties and neeps (potatoes and turnips) a whiskey sauce, a side of Scottish salmon, cock-a-leekie soup, roast beef, and dessert. Tickets can be purchased from the Bricktown Brewery in Fort Smith or from a member of the Fort Smith Firefighters Pipe and Drum Corps. Tickets are $25 per person or a table of 6 can be purchased for $135. Event time: 6-10 p.m.
