Join us for special evening of performance and an interview session with State of the Art artist Vanessa German who will explore ideas of Hope, Interconnection, the Power of Creativity, and Racial and Economic Injustices.  In discussion with German will be Beverly Keown, President of the Northwest Arkansas Martin Luther King Jr Council.  German works across disciplines as an actress, playwright, sculptor, performer, and educator. She has pioneered a performance style called Spoken Word Opera; a dynamic hybrid of spoken word poetry infused with the theatrical elements of opera, hip hop, and African storytelling.
