You may remember in May we told you that David Slone-led Superior Auto Group bought a vacant, 21,235-SF office building in Fayetteville’s Timberlake Office Park for $2.92 million.
Superior, as we understand it, has been preparing the three-story LEED-certified building to house its business offices, with an expected relocation from its current site in Springdale by early fall.
We are hearing of more activity now in the undeveloped addition just off Zion Road behind Lowe’s.
According to a deed filed Aug. 13, Esch Family Limited Partnership recently bought one of the available commercial lots for $230,084.
T.J. Lefler with Sage Partners, the firm marketing the property, further tells us that two other lots are under contract.
He wouldn’t divulge the buyers, but said plans for all three lots are for professional office buildings.
First Security Bank is the current owner of the commercial lots.
