Pharmacy Construction Underway In Springdale

The CVS Pharmacy at the intersection of Thompson Street and Robinson Avenue in Springdale is in the earliest stage of development, as fencing has been built around the construction zone.
Company spokesperson Michael DeAngelis confirmed that a 13,225-SF CVS is moving into the location and the store should be open by mid-2015.
Being built on the site of the dilapidated Sunrise Inn, the Springdale CVS will be across the street from Walgreens. Another CVS under construction at College Avenue and Township Street in Fayetteville is set to open in mid-November.
The Fayetteville CVS is also located across the street from Illinois-based Walgreens, the nation’s largest drugstore chain.
