Belly dance is an exquisite way to build strength, gain flexibility and long life infused with the mystique of feminine grace and movement. This class offers a thorough warm-up, basic belly dance technique breakdown, drills, finger cymbals and choreography to bring it all together. Classes are inspired by the Suhaila format. Shannan Rose has experience in American Tribal and Fusion Belly Dance with troupes and solo for over a decade. She is currently a Level 1 in the Suhaila Salimpour Certification program and Level 2 in the Jamila Salimpour Certification program. Music will be available to each student.uafs.edu/cll/our-classes
