Title Company in Fort Smith Rebranded to Waco Title Co.

Mosley Abstract & Title Insurance Co. of Fort Smith has begun operating under a new name. Effective July 1, the firm became known as Waco Title Co.

The name change completes a transaction that began in 2006 when Springdale-based Waco acquired Mosley, which continued to operate under that name.

Mosley was founded in 1953.

Waco Title, which is owned by Bentonville-based Arvest Bank Group Inc., has 17 office locations and about 140 employees.
