The buyer of the 5,713-SF home and 1,368-SF guest home on East Township Street, at $1.5 million, is Shelby Field, according to Washington County records.

Red Lion Properties LLC, managed by Chris May, was the seller.

May, a Realtor with Fayetteville-based firm Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney Faucette, was also the listing agent.

April Hamm with Keller Williams Market Pro Realty of Fayetteville was the selling agent.
