Luther Keeling Named Managing Broker for CBHMF in Rogers

Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney Faucette of Fayetteville has named longtime executive Luther Keeling Jr., the managing broker of its Rogers office.
He is replacing J. Pat Newland, who left the company to accept a job with Keller Williams Realty Northwest Arkansas as principal broker and director of career development.
Keeling has been with the company for 22 years. He obtained his brokers license in 2003 and became an executive broker for the company.
He is a past president of both the Rogers Board of Realtors and the Arkansas Multiple Listing Service.
Most recently, Keeling received his real estate teaching certificate and has been teaching pre-license classes at the Northwest Arkansas Real Estate School.
Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney Faucette, which also has Benton County branch offices in Siloam Springs and Bentonville, topped this year’s Northwest Arkansas Business Journal list published in March of top real estate firms, based on its 2013 total volume of $499.51 million.
