The Rogers law firm of Keith, Miller, Butler, Schneider & Pawlik PLLC has opened a new Fayetteville office.

The new location, opened May 1, is at 217 E. Dickson St. in Suite 101 of the Fulbright Building, owned by John Tyson and Ted Belden.

The building was constructed in 1962 to house the Fayetteville Public Library, which it did until the library moved to a new facility in 2004.

It underwent a $7.9 million renovation in 2007, led by Fayetteville architect Marlon Blackwell.

KMBSP was founded in 1995 by Sean Keith and Drew Miller. Kristin Pawlik, a partner with the firm, said the expansion will offer a greater level of convenience for the firm’s clients.

“It will be nice to offer that space to Washington County [clients],” she said. “They will come see us in Benton County, but it’s just not as convenient.”

Pawlik and attorneys George Rozzell and Victoria Bruton — who all live in Washington County — will work primarily from the Fayetteville office, Pawlik said.

Wells Fargo Advisors LLC and Marlon Blackwell are the two primary tenants of the Fulbright Building, but Pawlik also noted the existing roster of attorneys who have an office there, including Morton & Jones PLC, Canova Law Firm & Mediation Services and Littler Mendelson.

“There are quite a few other lawyers there, and that’s going to be a good relationship for us to have,” she said.
