Clarity Pointe in Fayetteville Adds Specialized Certification

Clarity Pointe, a licensed, Level-II assisted living community in Fayetteville dedicated solely to dementia care, has been certified as an Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit by the Arkansas Office of Long Term Care.
ASCUs are specialized units offering dedicated services for individuals with Alzheimer’s, meaning there is a distinct and separate entity of care and programming or memory support.
Clarity Pointe, a 59-unit, $9.5 million facility, opened in April at 1967 W. Truckers Drive, just east of Sam’s Club. It is one of only three communities in the area with the ASCU certification.
The community is a joint venture between retirement services company LCS of Des Moines, Iowa, and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital of Chicago.
