Soderquist Center Plans Event for 15th Anniversary
The Soderquist Center in Siloam Springs, a business ethics center affiliated with John Brown University, will mark its 15th anniversary on April 24.
Founder Don Soderquist, a former senior vice chairman of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., will welcome Doug McMillon, Steve Reinemund and John Pepper for the event at the Simmons Great Hall on the JBU campus.
A general networking event starts at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and the main program at 6:30 p.m.
McMillon is the CEO of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Reinemund, chairman and CEO of the conglomerate PepsiCo from 2001 to 2006, is dean of the schools of business at Wake Forest University. Pepper joined Procter & Gamble in 1963 and retired as CEO in 2003. He was later vice president of finance and administration at Yale University.
Individual tickets are $99. A table for 10 can be purchased for $890. Limited tickets for pre-event breakout sessions at 5 p.m. with each executive are also available for $39, although the tickets for the sessions with McMillon and Soderquist are sold out.
