IBEP Classes

The International Bow Hunter Education Program is administered in Arkansas by the AGFC's Hunter Education Division. It is taught by certified bow hunter education volunteer instructors. The IBEP card is good for life and is recognized internationally. It also meets the requirements of the AGFC urban bow hunting
