A $4.6 million retail development is underway near Rainbow Curve in Bentonville.
CDI Contractors LLC of Little Rock is the general contractor for Rainbow Curve Junction, a 30,000-SF strip center on a 3.01-acre lot, at 103 S.W. Winsted Lane.
Commercial real estate brokers Jordan Jeter and Matthew Dearnley with the Northwest Arkansas office of Flake & Kelley Commercial are representing the central Arkansas ownership group.
U.S. Bank NA is providing the financing.
Campbell Electric of Fayetteville is the electrical contractor. Mountain Mechanical Contractors Inc. of Fayetteville is the HVAC contractor. Multi-Craft Contractors Inc. of Springdale is the plumbing contractor.
TCM Enterprises of Fayetteville will handle the insulation work and Action Pest Solutions of Bethel Heights will treat for termites.
The building already has one pre-leased tenant, the American Taekwondo Association.
The ATA, through its SCL Rainbow Junction LLC, paid Bank of the Ozarks $2.4 million in an all-cash deal for 10 lots totaling 18.95 acres on Southwest Winsted Lane in May 2012.
The ATA maintains its national headquarters in Little Rock.
Lease rates are between $18 and $22 per SF.
End caps will have drive-through windows and/or outdoor dining areas.

An estate property near the White River east of Fayetteville recently sold for $1.4 million.
Mark and Linda Worley bought the 6.5-acre property on White River Ridge from Gary and Billie Renegar.
Iberiabank Mortgage Co. in Little Rock funded the deal with a 30-year mortgage of $1.12 million.
Mary Bassett with Bassett Mix & Associates of Fayetteville was the listing agent.
Sean Barnes with RE/MAX Associates of Fayetteville represented the seller.
City Title & Closing LLC of Fayetteville was the closing agent.
The 5,155-SF, five-bedroom home was built in 1996 and listed at $1.49 million.
