Amelia Eldridge, Real Estate Industry Executive, Dies at 62

Local real estate industry executive Amelia Eldridge died April 16 in Fayetteville. She was 62.

Eldridge, a senior vice president and executive broker with Fayetteville-based Lindsey & Associates, worked for the firm for 31 years.

Eldridge, according to her obituary, was a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, earning both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from UCA. She also served on the UCA alumni board for several years.

Before working for Lindsey, Eldridge worked for three years as a realtor with Fred Dacus Associates in Jonesboro. Eldridge was a public school teacher for seven years before beginning her career in the real estate industry.

A funeral service through Moore’s Chapel of Fayetteville was held April 22 at Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church of Fayetteville.
