On Thursday, February 20th, join us from 6:30pm – 7:30pm as we begin the Northwest Arkansas Team Red program with a Grocery Store Tour! Aisle by aisle, certified diabetes educators and dieticians will discuss portion and serving sizes, how to read nutrition labels and healthier options in Roger’s Walmart Supercenter.
