Tyson Foods Poultry Division Bestowed Top Honor by Wendys

Quality Supply Chain Co-op Inc., the independent purchasing cooperative for restaurants owned by The Wendy’s Co. and its franchisees, honored Tyson Foods Poultry Division as one of its top suppliers at the annual Wendy’s Convention in Las Vegas in November.

Tyson Foods Poultry Division also won the Golden Link Award in 2008. The Springdale-based company has partnered with Wendy’s for more than two decades to lead initiatives designed to improve quality and reduce costs.

There were 11 winners chosen from more than 400 suppliers and distributors who support the Wendy’s system throughout North America. The Wendy’s Co., headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, includes more than 6,500 franchises and company-owned quick-service hamburger restaurants worldwide.
