Landmarc Stays Busy In Silo Falls Addition

Landmarc Custom Homes of Springdale, owned by Tim Boudrey and Chris Bradley, recently paid the city of Rogers for 11 building permits worth a combined $2.74 million.

The permits are being used to construct single-family homes in Phase I of the Silo Falls subdivision off Garrett Lane and Bellview Road in Rogers.

The homes are on South 29th and South 28th streets. Lot sizes are approximately 0.25 acres.

The homes will range in size from 2,900 to 3,200 SF.

Doug Gibson and Lynden Polk with Crye-Leike Realtors in Rogers are the listing agents.

First National Bank of Rogers is providing financing.

 

Apartment Sale

A 58-unit apartment complex in Springdale recently changed ownership for $1.5 million.

Printz Ltd. of Texas, led by Darren Printz, bought the Vantage Point Apartments at 502 Black Oak Ave.

Vantage Point Apartments, an Arkansas Joint Venture, led by Jim Lindsey, Reynie Rutledge, Elsie Sexton, Fred Cox and Bonnie Cox, was the seller.

The development was built in 1982 and includes three buildings.

Realty Title & Closing Services LLC of Springdale was the closing agent.

 

Carriage Construction

Fort Smith developer Brandon Woodrome is using four building permits with a combined valuation of $1.08 million to build duplexes in the Carriage Square addition of Bentonville.

Woodrome, through his BEHR LLC, is building the units at 3300, 3302, 3304 and 3306 S.W. Victoria Place.

Three of the units will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The other is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit.

 

Commercial Property

A 4,590-SF commercial building in downtown Bentonville recently sold for $800,000.

Dalwarr LLC bought the building at 111 W. Central Ave.

E.W. Properties LLC was the seller.

Tenants include Gene’s Barber Shop and Blue Door & Co.

E.W. bought the property in September 2005 for $420,000. Tate & Haney LLC was the seller.

 

Hunting Land

Three parcels totaling approximately 380 acres of agricultural property recently sold for $750,000.

Catch Up Company LLC of Hattiesburg, Miss., bought the land at 19989 Cove Creek Road just south of Prairie Grove.

Larry and Norma Jean Stephens were the sellers.

Waco Title Co. of Springdale was the listing agent.

Legend Realty of Farmington was the listing agency.

The property includes a 1,605-SF hunting cabin built in 1920 and two metal storage buildings.

 

Ecclesia Acquisition

A 2,556-SF home and 25.57 acres north of Elm Springs recently sold for $500,000.

Ecclesia College of Springdale bought the property at 4095 Highway 112, near the intersection of Arkansas Highway 112 and Carrie Smith Road.

Darrell and Carol Patton were the sellers.

Centennial Bank of Conway financed the deal with a three-month mortgage of $505,000.

City Title & Closing LLC of Fayetteville was the closing agent.

The property also includes a 40-foot by 60-foot workshop and four broiler houses.

Patton bought the property in December 1989 for $305,000. The home was built in 1994.

 

Candlewood Home

A 4,538-SF home in Fayetteville’s Candlewood subdivision off North Crossover Road has a new owner after a $570,000 sale.

Joe and Jessica Hendrix bought the North Firewood Drive home from William and Julie Jones.

Movement Mortgage LLC of Virginia backed the deal with a 30-year mortgage of $417,000.

Mercury Title LLC in Fayetteville was the closing agent.

The five-bedroom home was built in 2001.

Jones bought the home in June 2007 from Crystal Sharp for $609,000.
