Kudos: Northwest Arkansas Bank Leaders Named
FIRST SECURITY, CENTENNIAL BANK NAME NW ARKANSAS LEADERS
Adam Rutledge has been named CEO and president of First Security Bank’s Northwest Arkansas market and Scott Hancock will serve as divisional president for Centennial Bank, which closed on its recent acquisition of Liberty Bank.
Rutledge replaces Jim Taylor, who had served as president of the market, and will continue a leadership role as senior vice president of the bank’s parent company, First Security Bancorp in Little Rock.
Rutledge has been a senior vice president and commercial lender in the northwest Arkansas market and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the region.
“We are positioning First Security Bank for the future,” said Reynie Rutledge, chairman and CEO of First Security Bancorp. “Adam will follow behind Jim to continue our focus on growth in Northwest Arkansas. Adam has a true passion and a commitment for the region and is a true asset to the team.”
Hancock has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Liberty Bank’s northwest Arkansas market for 8 years. He served as Senior Vice President of Lending since joining Liberty Bank in 2001.
Hancock was promoted to NWA Regional Executive Vice President and relocated to Fayetteville in 2005.
“I am very excited about Scott leading our Northwest Arkansas division. He is a strong leader in a market that is very important to Centennial Bank,” said Regional President Davy Carter.
TOM PRINCE JOINS CENTENNIAL BANK LITTLE ROCK BOARD
Tom Prince of North Little Rock will join the board of directors for Centennial Bank in Little Rock.
Prince is a former mayor of Little Rock and has served on several boards including being a past Chairman of the Little Rock Downtown Partnership.
Prince is a graduate from North Little Rock High and the United States Naval Academy with honors. He also received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Counsel for Worthen Banking Corporation in the late 1980s.
He is retired and resides in North Little Rock with his wife, Terry.
RYAN FLYNN NAMED PRESIDENT OF NETWORK DATA SERVICES
Ryan Flynn has been named as President of North Little Rock-based Network Data Services.
Flynn has been with the company for 15 years. His promotion is effective January 1, 2014.
He started at Network Services Group in 1998 working on the technical side, then sales and management positions developing branch offices in Fort Smith and Rogers. Flynn has also worked in the telephone system sales division of the company. For the past year he has focused on the Network Data Services division.
Network Data Services was founded in 1995 as an IT support company specializing in server hosting, server monitoring, back-up, spam filtering and NOC support.
