We are the River Valley Landlord's Association. We are 32 Members strong representing over 3,000 rental units!

We meet the second Monday of every month at the City of Fort Smith Police Department's Main Headquarters downtown on South "B" Street. We meet from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. sharp in the first floor conference room

She will be giving a quick overview of Failure to Vacate and Small Claims Court procedures. Her Honor handles the majority of these cases for Sebastian County.

If you are a Landlord you would be wise indeed to attend this meeting! And bring along any friends that may be land owners!
