A rebounding residential real estate market in Northwest Arkansas got a bit more good news recently with a home sale that appears to be the richest of the year in Benton and Washington counties.

In Rogers, a four-bedroom home listed with Portfolio Luxury Real Estate was purchased for $1.35 million, according to a deed filed at the Benton County Courthouse on Oct. 21.

The 6,551-SF home sits on a hilltop overlooking the 5th green at Pinnacle Country Club. Completed in 2010, the home includes a billiard room, wine room, safe room, fitness room and movie theater.

Seller? Kenny and Dana Tomlin. Kenny Tomlin is the founder of Rogers-based digital advertising agency Rockfish Interactive. Tomlin left the swank home behind when he moved to Austin, Texas, nearly two years ago, following the sale of Rockfish to WPP.

New owner? Frank and Patricia Bailey. Frank Bailey, if that name sounds familiar, is founder and managing partner of Bailey & Oliver Law Firm in Rogers.
