UAFS Symphonic Band

Contemporary compositions as well as classic wind arrangements make for rich and varied concerts by the UAFS Symphonic Band, known throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma for its outstanding performances.  Under the direction of faculty member Alexandra Zacharella, this auditioned ensemble of 60 instrumentalists delivers a challenging repertoire along with plenty of listening pleasure.  The Symphonic Band’s busy schedule includes two Season of Entertainment concert a year, with programs that range from rousing Sousa marches to inspirational symphonic hymns and most everything in between.
