Plans for Large Office Building on Pinnacle Hills Parkway
Large-scale development plans for a multistory office building at the southeast corner of Pinnacle Hills Parkway and Northgate Road are headed to the Rogers Department of Planning and Transportation at the end of this week, Whispers was told by multiple sources.
The tenants are already lined up and the building is supposed to be “pretty big.” Whispers doesn’t know how big or who the tenants will be, but stay tuned.
The building, we hear, was designed by local heavyweight Crafton Tull. Once plans go through the municipal process, the location will be issued an address.
For those who might not be familiar with the location, it’s clustered on the southern end of the “Golden Mile” with the J.B. Hunt Tower, a 60,000-SF office building — already leased by Unilever and Kimberly-Clark — under construction by Hunt Ventures, and the site of the planned Arkansas Music Pavilion. In short, the domain of Johnelle Hunt.
During an interview on commercial leasing back in May, John George, executive vice president at Hunt Ventures, said: “We’re looking at our next buildings. The demand seems to be there.”
Whispers is sure this new office complex is what he had in mind.
