Faculty Clarinet Recital

Dr. David Carter, assistant professor of clarinet at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith, and award-winning pianist Ann Raphael will perform musical compositions representing 300 years of music evolution. The two perform together with Tulsa Camerata and other Tulsa ensembles, but this is their first collaboration in Fort Smith.
