Gov. Beebe Appoints 26 To Boards And Commissions
Governor Mike Beebe (D) appointed Diane Zook of Melbourne to the State Board of Education. The appointment expires June 30, 2020. Zook replaces Jim Cooper.
Beebe also announced the following appointments to boards and commissions:
Daniel Bryant, North Little Rock, reappointed to the State Board of Barber Examiners. Appointment expires June 30, 2019.
Rhonda Cole, Arkadelphia, reappointed to the State Board of Election Commissioners. Appointment expires May 28, 2017.
Mary Dillard, Farmington, to the Arkansas History Commission. Appointment expires January 14, 2020. Replaces Dorathy Boulden.
Sandra Edwards, North Little Rock, reappointed to the Board of the Division of State Services for the Blind. Appointment expires June 30, 2017.
Timothy Garrison, Eureka Springs, to the Carroll County Quorum Court, District 2. Appointment expires December 31, 2014. Replaces Dan Mamaugh.
Helen Jackson, McGehee, to the Social Work Licensing Board. Appointment expires June 30, 2016. Replaces Betty Roads.
