Saturday night kickoffs the second night of Blues Fest,
with a JP Soars performance and
the legendary Johnny Winter headlining.
Harry E. Kelley Park gates open at 4:00 PM.
Tickets are $10.
Children 12 and under free.
No video cameras or ice chests are
allowed inside the park during the festival.
